What value has the mentorship program brought to you both personally and professionally?
I have learned about networking with other women entrepreneurs and I have developed an awesome business and personal relationship with my mentor Latanyua Robinson. I’ve learned better ways to market my business and balance of work and personal space. I was able to develop a bio on myself with the help of Mimi and Abigail and now I’m learning how to take NQ to the next level by setting short-term and long-term goals.
What’s your favorite piece of advice that you received while in this program?
There’s a solution to everything and you do not have to know everything! Surround yourself with good people who have your back while navigating the process of running a small business.
What advice would you give to those interested in applying for this program?
Do it! Learn from other people outside of your circle, there are so many opportunities you can learn about and tap into. And it’s free, you just have to make up in your mind to commit to the cause.
