LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (Sep. 4, 2024) – The Venture Center is now accepting applications for both mentors and mentees for its 2025 VCWoman Achieve class, available online at venturecenter.co until October 4. This statewide initiative is designed to connect emerging female entrepreneurs with experienced professionals, fostering growth and success across diverse industries.

VCWoman Achieve is a 12-month structured mentorship initiative, offering coaching, skill-building, and professional development. Established female executives and entrepreneurs are encouraged to apply as mentors, while those seeking guidance and expertise can apply as mentees.

“Our program is all about coaching, mentoring, and supporting the next generation of female leaders in our state,” said Viktoria Capek, Communications and Development Manager at The Venture Center. “Arkansas has so many incredible women who understand how important mentorship is for growing and evolving in business. Their involvement in a program like VCWoman Achieve shows just how impactful these mentor-mentee relationships are.”

This sentiment was echoed by Liz Russell, Principal of Liz Russell Solutions and a two-time returning VCWoman Achieve mentor, who emphasized the program’s unique community-driven approach. “VCWoman Achieve allows us to engage with a cohesive network of women who are committed to not only their own success but that of their peers. It offers the benefit of one-on-one mentorship, and we are immersed in a purpose-driven group. Guiding others along their path motivates me to continuously sharpen my own skills. This program goes beyond casual networking and bakes relationship-building into its core.”

Female Arkansas residents from all industries are encouraged to visit www.venturecenter.co for more information on how to apply as a mentor or mentee.
